Paul .*** From Dave: Here is our schedule for this week: - Monday, March 15th, 7:00-9:00 PM: Choreo Rehearsal at St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Eden Prairie. - Tuesday, March 16th,, 6:15 PM: Choreo Refresher at HOP. 7:00 we warm up and then do a full run of the show. - Thursday, March 18th, 6:30 PM: Technical Rehearsal at Bethel. Do not bring tuxes. This is not a dress rehearsal. However, Quartets may need to practice getting on/off risers and into their change of clothing to resolve timing issues. Saturday, March 20th, 11:30 AM warm ups at Bethel. Here is what you need to bring: - Food: Enough food/beverage to keep your self nourished until the afterglow. There is no dinner being served at Bethel this year due to Spring Break. - Full Tux Dress: Jacket, pants, White (full collar) shirt, colored vests, matching ties, black shoes, and black socks. Bring both ties. There is a possibility that our supplier will not get all of the new bow ties here in time and therefore we may need to go with the long ties. - Make Up Kits: if you do not have one, please see Neil Mortenson. - Clean up accessories: Soap, towels wash cloths etc. Thanks, Dave Speidel *** From Doc: Chord-Inator deadline is Thursday, March 25 -- NO EXTENSIONS! Doc *** From Mark: 1) Please be aware that Bethel's food service operation is going to be closed for the upcoming weekend. That means that you will need to bring your lunch/dinner with you. 2) When you arrive at Bethel on Saturday, please make sure that you park at the far end of the lot so our patrons will have access to the better parking spaces. This is a Bethel requirement and we need to input the names on the spread sheet. Tickets are back at Bethel and the number there is 651-638-6333. The ticket office opens around 11 and closes about 5. There are plenty of good seats available for both shows. So keep talking to people. The weather is going to be nice for everyone to get out and see a wonderful performance.
