Let's leave 2009 with a bang not a bust. (If everyone waits until Saturday the bulletin may not be ready for distribution on Tuesday, January 5.) MEN, DO YOUR DUTY! Doc *** From Dick: Final Nut Sale on Tuesday January 5, 2010: There are about 80 pounds of nuts remaining. There will be one final sale on Tuesday, January 5. EVERYTHING MUST GO! Prices will start $1.00 below retail and go down as the evening goes on. However, prices will not go below cost. How long do you want to wait for the best deal and still have the product you want still in stock? Inventories of nuts range from one pound remaining to 19 pounds remaining depending on type. If you want to reserve nuts at $1.00 off retail call Dick at 651-487-9993 or email dmriemen@comcast.net. and I will reserve nuts for you. First come - first served. There will be no additional orders to the nut company. This is it. If you can't be at the January 5th meeting let me know with your advance order how you will get your product. Thanks, Dick Reimenschneider *** From Rich: SUNSHINE HOTLINE 952-829-7009 ddongna@usfamily.net Please remember our “injured reserves” with your cards, calls and prayers. I’m sorry, but I ran out of time to contact our injured reserves this week so my report is brief. I did get a call from Norma Wuttke a couple days ago. Loren was admitted to Methodist Hospital ICU last Tuesday. A tumor is pressing on his lung and making it difficult for him to breath. They’re trying to shrink the tumor via x-rays to improve his breathing. I tried unsuccessfully to reach her today (Sunday) for an update. I bumped into Carlton Bauer several days ago and he said he’s doing fine after his back surgery. Please also remember Jane Rolloff, Denny’s wife (new Pacemaker), Romana Jorgenson, Jim,s wife (post surgery staph infection), Mary MacLaughlin, Dale Lynch‘s S.O. (broken ankle), Shirley Retter (non hodgkins lymphoma) and Paul Wigley (prostate cancer) in your thoughts and prayers. Please keep me informed about our sick and ailing members.
