Please remember our “injured reserves” with your cards, calls and prayers.

Some Commodores have asked me about Dick Plaisted so I gave him a call.  Dick tells me he is doing well.  He’s feeling fine but finds that he tires easily and is a little unstable on his feet.  He misses all the guys but does get to see some of them at “Friday Lunch Bunch”.  Jim Jorgenson tells me that his wife Romana has a Staph (MRSA) infection.  The Surgeon feels that it is pretty much limited to the area of the operation, is NOT in her blood stream, and should be curable with antibiotics.  Please, also remember Mary MacLaughlin (broken leg), Joe Bifulk (hip replacement), Lance Johnson (shoulder replacement), Loren Wuttke (Myeloma), Shirley Retter (Non Hodgkins Lymphoma) and Paul Wigley (Prostate.

Please keep me informed about our sick and ailing members.
