We also would like to have Impossible Dream off paper as soon as possible…for Como performance (which will be VERY soon after Anaheim!) A WHOLE bunch of stuff to get ready to perform…exciting! Paul *** From Mark: Anaheim Trip: 1) We still have 16 guys who are planning on being in Anaheim who do not yet have their membership updated. You must get this done by next week (even if yours is expiring on June 30) since we have to certify by June 15 that all Commodores singing on stage have membership that will be current as of July 3 and that they have a registration ticket for Anaheim. Please see me if you are at all uncertain about your status for either of these. 2) You should all have new hotel confirmations that have been updated with the correct number of guests and guest names. These were emailed to you. If you did not receive one please see me. 3) If you pre-ordered a convention pin, please see me at the break. 4) I have the information for chorus photos. If you would like one you need to sign-up and pay for them in advance. We have to compile all the information and pre-pay for these as well. 5) Attached is additional shuttle information that can save you money and potential headaches. Thanks. Mark Ortenburger *** From Peter: "On to Fame Show" Gentlemen, Please sell the show. What a great experience for an audience to hear two International bound Choruses and 2 Quartets on the same stage, in the same show! Also, a great venue and fund raising opportunity. Please help fill the auditorium for a great afternoon of entertainment. Peter Jarnberg *** From Carl: Please stop by the table tonight and fill in your hotel reservation form for the fall contest in Rochester. The chorus contest is on Oct. 24th. We are not collecting reservation monies at this time. We are just collecting room reservations so we can get a good hotel. We are asking for the Doubletree, which used to be the Radisson Our second choice is the Holiday Inn. The Doubletree is $95 and the Holiday Inn is $90 per night. Even if you are planning to be there for Saturday only we need to know that. We need to send our list and requirements to Rochester by June 10 so please help us by doing this tonight.
