Chord-Inator deadline is May 28!  Please, please be prompt.

As of this writing I have only 59 reservations for Ladies Night.  In the past few years we have averaged over 100.

Tonight was the original deadline for reservations.  Please let me know in the next few days if you are coming.  I realize times may be difficult but the lowest dinner price is still five dollars less than last year and I know you really don't want to miss a great party honoring your sweethearts and a worthy Commodore.

Anaheim Trip:
1) Society Membership Renewal:  We still have 19 guys who are planning on being on stage in Anaheim who have not yet renewed their membership.  A number of you have memberships that expire on June 30.  Those need to be renewed now since we have a deadline of June 15 to submit our official Competitor List.

2) Registration Tickets Are Here:  I have registration tickets for everyone who had requested and paid for them earlier in the year.  Please see me to get your tickets.

3) I have Anaheim pins for those of you signed up for them.  Please see me at the break.

4) Please send me your travel information (Airline arrival and depart schedules).  I will compile a list of everyone's schedule so you can coordinate shuttle bus travel from the airport to our hotel in Anaheim.

5) Anaheim Pictures:  I'll have a sign-up sheet for Anaheim Chorus Photos.  Pictures must be ordered and paid for before we go (photographer’s rules - not ours).

The deadline for our 2009 Anaheim Convention Competitors T-shirt order is May 28th.  Tonight is the last night to order them.  The T-shirts will NOT be available at the convention.  The T-shirts are $15.00 and payment is due with the order.  About 25 guys have ordered them already.

These T-shirts have the official convention logo on the front and a list of the competing choruses on the back.  These are the official Convention Competitors T-shirts.

If interested in buying a T-shirt, please see me tonight.
