Paul *** From Doc: Chord-Inator deadline is May 28. Get your Ladies Night reservations in. The returns have been very slow. Thanks, Doc *** From Mark: Anaheim - IMPORTANT: 1) By June 15 we have to submit a list to Nashville of everyone who will be singing on stage in Anaheim. To be eligible to sing each individual must have a registration and a current membership. There is a paper on the desk that has what I believe to be the most current listing of those who are going I would like everyone to check the information that is on the list to make sure that everyone who is planning on singing is included and that your information is correct. At the time the list was compiled there were 21 individuals whose membership was not current or would be expired by the time we sing in July. Please see either Dan Slattery or me to confirm your plans to get this updated. If your membership is not current you will not be able to sing. 2) Before we leave for Anaheim I'll be giving everyone a detailed list of our schedule so everyone knows where they need to be for rehearsals and bus rides. Our initial rehearsal in Anaheim will be on Thursday (July 2) from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm at the Marriott. That will be followed by Land O' Lakes Pep Rally from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm that will include From Mark (Continued): all 3 choruses and competing quartets from our district. On Friday (July 3) we will be leaving our hotel by bus at 3:50 p.m. (in make-up and costume) to head over to the Marriott for our final rehearsal, pictures, warm-up room, and then over to the Honda Center where we are scheduled to be on stage at 6:27 p.m. 3) I need a volunteer to coordinate the pictures for International. This will involve collecting money from chorus members, filling out the order form, and having that, along with a check, available to hand to the photographer when we are in Anaheim. Please see me if you are interested since we need to get this underway soon. 4) For those of you who have asked about individual tickets (for California residents only) to contest events in Anaheim, they will be available through the society website starting May 18. Pricing has not yet been confirmed but will probably be $40-$50 per event. 5) The Anaheim Convention Bureau has moved the no-penalty date for changes to your hotel arrangements from May 18 to May 30. You can now make changes without penalty up to May 30. Thanks.
